The classic of May 1 was again lived in Ceutí (02/05/2019)

For the 39th time, the May 1 classic took place again on Wednesday, on the occasion of the XXXIX Pedestrian Race of Ceutí.

The Plaza del Ayuntamiento again hosted the start and finish of each of the tests, under the organization of the Sports Department of the Hon.

City Council of Ceuta with the collaboration of the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia.

For the masculine side, the Benjamín triumph went to Vicente Gonzálvez (07:55), being the best Alevín Jorge Jiménez (06:48) and winning in the Infantile category Alejandro Menárguez, of CA Dolores (14:24), with victory Cadet for David Pastor, from CA Ciudad de Mula (14:15).

Francisco Llamas won in Juvenile (19:25), with Junior triumph for the athlete of Murcia CA Tovarsport Juan Carlos Pelayo (19:51), while the winner Promesa was Álvaro Martínez, of CA Nogalte - Hogar Puerto Lumbreras (21:22) .

Fernando Roca, of the Alcaraz Group, won the Senior category (19:48), with victory in Veterans M35 for the athlete of the Monteazahar College Manuel María López (19:22) and in M40 for José Luis Martínez, of the CT Águilas Primaflor (20:04)

José Paredes obtained the victory in Veterans M45 (21:04), doing the same Luis Artemán Martínez, of the AD Eliocroca, in Veteranos Extra (21:36).

Already in the feminine section, the victory Benjamín corresponded to Camila Sarabia, of the School Athletics Ceutí (11:08), with triumph Alevín for Ángels Palomares, of the CA Novelda Carmencita (07:40) and Infantile for the athlete of the Group Alcaraz Marina Lopez (16:45), winning in Cadete Alba María Berenguer, CA Dolores (15:35) and club mate Thalía Almodóvar in Junior (29:41).

Elisa Mazón was the best Promise (32:49), as well as the athlete from CA Nogalte - Hogar Puerto Lumbreras Sole Martínez in Senior, winning that absolute date (23:35).

The victory in Veterans F35 fell to the athlete of Pedro López GFT María José Gil (27:19), as well as in F40 to Mª Carmen García (31:48), being the best Veterana F45 Magdalena Ibáñez (29:28) and winning the Veterans Extra athlete CT Santomera Loli Sanchez (27:05).
