The Community facilitates access to eGovernment services in Ceutí (07/04/2017)

The Minister of Finance and Public Administration in office, Andrés Carrillo, and the mayor of Ceutí, Juan Felipe Cano, today digitally signed an agreement for access to basic e-Government services in this locality.

In this way, the City Council will have at its disposal different electronic platforms that simplify and facilitate the implementation of eGovernment.

These are tools that the State has made available to the Community to be transferred to municipalities.

This action is framed in the Electronic Administration Plan, whose objective is "to implement in the next years an administration with 'paper zero', more efficient, agile and transparent and, in addition, that it gives the citizen of all the facilities to realize Its procedures more easily, "explained Carrillo.

The agreement will allow access, among other systems, to the data intermediation platform;

The intermediation of data will not have to return to provide documentation that is already in the possession of the Administration.

Thus, one of the services that will be provided is the automatic communication of change of address through a single procedure, which allows reporting to all public administrations adhered.

The 'Interconnection System of Records', for its part, interconnects registration offices, both in person and electronically, and allows the exchange of registration entries in the form of secure electronic communications between registration offices and competent bodies.

Through this service, from the office of Ceutí citizens can submit their applications to the Community, a state agency or other city councils in just seconds.

Another service is the 'E-mail address enabled and the Catalog of procedures of the electronic notification service', which allows notification by electronic means, by facilitating access to the content of the act being notified by accrediting the date and time of making available And access to content safely.

Another service is the 'Platform' signature, validation and electronic signature.

It is a set of products and services of certification and electronic signature to encourage the deployment of computer applications and e-Government services that require these services.

In addition, it will be possible to accede to 'Cl @ ve', a common platform of the State Administration for the identification, authentication and electronic signature.

This system, which complements the 'Platform' signature, allows full access to electronic administration services using, in addition to electronic certificates, shared keys (user and password).

This simplifies citizens' access to electronic services and facilitates their use from mobile devices.

As for the SARA network, it is a place for the secure exchange of information between the applications of public administrations connected through a basic communications platform.
