The Governing Council has approved the extension of 10 places in the residence of elderly people of Ceutí, amounting to 81,502 euros.
This agreement means raising the number of places agreed with the City of Ceuta in the municipal residence from 15 to 25.
The validity of this new agreement covers from April 1 to December 31, 2018, and is a total expense, once the places increased, of 203,756 euros until the end of 2018.
The municipal residence of Ceutí offers comprehensive care to elderly people, both those who can fend for themselves, as those who need help from another person to carry out activities of daily living and, for their health problems, family , social or economic, can not remain in their own homes.
The Autonomous Community currently subsidizes a total of 4,135 places for seniors in different centers of the Region, 3,042 places in residences and 1,093 places in day centers.
