Mayor of Ceuta, Juan Felipe Cano, and the Councillor for Employment, Worship Ayala, gave twenty-four workers unemployed, eight officers and sixteen pawns, they accredit diplomas greater qualification in bricklaying and landscaping.

The workers were hired under an agreement between the Employment and Guidance Service (SEF) and the City, and have made their practices in community work in various public places in Ceuta.

The program brought unemployment to four officers and ten pawns masonry for six months, four officers and six pawns garden for eight months.
