The "II regional championship youth sports pigeons" focuses on 70 young Murcia Ceuta who until June 1 measured the physical and zeal for their birds acquired as a result of care provided for months and years.
Victor Perez, spokesman for the Society of Ceuta Columbicultura La Magdalena, the competition organizer, reports that, unlike adult competitions, it does not mean economic or commercial interest but pure sporting reasons and affection for the pigeons of pica and outdoor activity.
Young palomistas, almost always with a hobby inherited from parents and grandparents, develop their sense of responsibility to the care of his pigeons, and a sense of healthy competition and camaraderie.
During the championship two releases are held weekly, on Fridays and Saturdays, with a duration of two hours and a quarter, during which the referees, this time the referees Javier Galera and Luis Martos, punctuate the time the pigeons fly and perch by the female moves behind the whole flock.
The II regional championship youth sports pigeons Ceuta was organized by Daniel Fernandez, president of the society La Magdalena, and managers Manuel Sanchez and Antonio Torregrosa.
The first, second and third prize is a trophy and the automatic classification of the winners for next regional championship.
It delivered on Saturday, June 1 and the next day held a fellowship meal.
