The inmates and employees of the municipal nursing homes, geriatric San Pablo and Pensioner's Home of Ceuta celebrated the "International Day of older people" in their respective locations with different events, including hearing and tasting traditional songs homemade candies.

Councillor for Social Services, Purificación Hernández, accompanied the Rondalla de Ceuta by residences to greet the inmates, and sang with the group a large assortment of poems and pasodobles that encouraged older people to dance.

She also went to the party that offered the pensioner's home to their partners, during which members acted "Copla Corner" and "Aires de Pasodoble" Senior Center Towers Cotillas.
