IU spokesman in Ceuta-Green, Mariano Cano, has today rejected the adjustment plan approved by the City Council to consider "mortgaged the future" of the municipality and "privatized privatized everything."

Cano has said that that plan includes an increase of municipal debt because the loan requested by the session amounted to 13.7 million euros, although paid seven million more in interest.

He has also criticized the government team to ensure that social services, refuse collection, the cultural center and sports facilities have a deficit of 1.3 billion euros.

"As an example of falsehood, the plan ensures that the nursery only receives income from the region. So where do they end the hundred euros a month to pay more than 100 families for the service?".

He also denounced the rise of 10 percent of Property Tax and municipal taxes, and garbage collection will not be daily from 2013.

"The only thing that does not fit in this plan are the 115,000 euros in salaries bagged six councilors released," she added Cano, after demanding payment of the debt to suppliers, independent and public employees.
