The Mayor of Ceuta, Juan Felipe Cano, and the Councillor for Education, Nicholas Ascension, presented in the plenary hall of the town hall this morning during "The new generation of Internet. Moblogs up things," taught by the University Sea at this location between 10 and 13 July.
A presentation of the course attended by the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Development, Fernando Marti, the director of the Universidad del Mar, Carmen Martinez, and the director and course coordinator, Miguel Angel Zamora and Antonio Jara, respectively.
According to the latter, the course is organized in a context in which it is intended that Ceutí become a leader in new technologies, for which have already been developed before other actions as the conjunction of their intercourse with the European "Semiramis "for e-government issues.
With regard to the course "The new generation of Internet. Moblogs up things", it offers an overview of the capacity of the new generation of Internet, new technologies and concepts and their applications in the future, both in personal mobile devices as in transportation and in large scale environments such as the above intelligent cities.
It also impacts on current trends in Internet technology market and its application in everyday products such as smart phones and Web services.
