The full City Council unanimously approved Ceutí all municipal groups commissioning of a tax regulation that allows all neighbors Ceutí customized payment of municipal taxes from 2013.
The so-called "Custom Payment Plan" is a special system of payment of bills that allows regular income for the Property Tax (IBI), "Vehicle Tax (IVTM) Tax (IAE) and Fee for special use road with driveway (fords).
These taxes may be paid on a bi-monthly, six installments in which recovery will take place on Feb. 5, April 5, June 5, August 5, October 5 and November 5, quarterly in four installments which recovery will be on February 5, May 5, August 5 and November 5, or annually, at a fee which collection will take place on June 5.
The council will not charge interest on late paid whenever the time.
To qualify for this plan must meet two basic requirements: have no outstanding debt with the Municipal Administration executive and the total annual amount of tax liability exceeds 200 euros for applicants who are natural persons and 400 euros for applicants which are legal persons.
Those who are interested in ceutienses eligible for Custom Payment Plan must apply before December 30 last year referred the request, choosing the periodicity of payment requests.
So, remember the importance of requesting before December 30, 2012, for those who want to start next year.
With the split of these fees and taxes, the municipal government believes that helping neighbors to make bearable the payment of those charges.
