The Ministry of Agriculture and Water, through the Directorate General of Irrigation and Rural Development has allocated a total of 132,721 euros from the EU axis' Leader ', to the introduction of high-tech machinery in the family business' La Juanica de la Huerta ', located in Ceuta, and cultivation and citrus fruit and manufactured for export.

Funding is provided by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, which provides 75 percent of the cost.

The remaining 25 percent is co-financed by the Ministry and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Food.
