The court number six in the Social Murcia has dismissed claims three staff and a labor employee who claimed the City of Ceuta financial compensation for various items of labor issues.
One of the officials, the local police officer, demanded payment of 400 euros for attending two separate trials, which the judge denied the plaintiff then be off work, contingency incompatible with the provision of services.
Two other officers, both librarians, demanded payment of mileage for travel from Los Torraos Ceuta, has also refused their demands, arguing the judge that although they are two different sites, both corresponding to the same job.
