The Civic Center district of Los ceutiense Torraos hosts from Wednesday February 11, 2015 the workshop "Living Good, Feel Better" from "Fundación La Caixa".
This is a new initiative, which assists the City of Ceuta, aimed at studying the habits and lifestyle of women in rural environments in order to improve them.
"This program is to be performed in nine provinces and in Murcia only be developed in Ceuta," says Councillor for Social Policy, Pura Hernandez, who stresses that the environment Los Torraos gone chosen by the investigators.
There are 10 women over 60 years involved in this study, for which previously developed an individual interview with the psychologist who teaches the workshop.
Be 13 sessions in total (all celebrate Wednesday at 17 hours), which will conclude next June.
"It's an initiative that our elders have been delighted and we hope it is useful and benefit to improve the quality of life of our residents," said Hernandez, who attended the inaugural session of this new experience.
