The City of Ceuta has already completed the first phase of the refurbishment and renovation of the paving of several streets in the center of the village, which have an investment of 102,430 euros subsidized by the regional government.
This initial stage affecting adjacent to the Plaza Vieja area, next to the parish church, specifically in Clavijo, Saplings, San Roque, Flags and Poet Medina streets.
"The procedure was the lifting of the current stone pavement and replacing it with cobblestones, which is a less slippery surface that greater pedestrian safety is achieved," said Councilman Works and Services, Jesús Hernández.
This project will be completed with another series of similar work already carried out in the streets Francisco Rabal, Mallorca and Maestro Martinez.
