The Cultural Center of Ceuta hosted on the evening of Wednesday April 8 the official ceremony of presentation of the candidacy of Juan Felipe Cano, the Popular Party (PP), mayor of the town in the upcoming municipal elections of 24 may month.
Cano, PP president of Ceuta and mayor of the town since 2011, was wrapped by many leaders of his party, as among many others, the Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, and the mayors of Las Torres Cotillas, Domingo Coronado, Alguazas, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, and Campos del Río, Miguel Buendia.
Also present were other political figures such as general director of Architecture, Housing and Land, Yolanda Muñoz, Congresswoman Ascension Carreño or regional deputies Thomas Violante, Seve González and Jesus Cano.
In his speech, Cano stressed the hard work these past four years and the achieved results.
"We have worked hard to reduce debt inherited from other governments and to improve our people and provide the best service to our neighbors," said Cano, who made clear his intention to "regain the elections because it is much to be done in Ceuta ".
"It's been four hard years, but we are eager to work, great enthusiasm and perform many projects" completed the "popular" candidate.
Presented by Worship Ayala, Councillor for Economy, Finance, Personal, Trade and Tourism in the City of Ceuta, in this act a video that reviewed the achievements of the municipal government of Juan Felipe Cano was also screened.
Faced with a yard filled to overflowing with seats friends, neighbors and supporters, Cano expressed his confidence that the management realized that guarantees you to accomplish your goal: get four serving their neighbors after the elections on May 24 .
