The full council has agreed to Ceutí € 180,000 to complete the construction of indoor sports hall and swimming pool located in the neighborhood of La Tejera, after unlocking the process of suspension of work because of the insolvency proceedings affecting the company had begun construction.
The works of this complex, promoted by a consortium of the Community of Murcia and the city, were paralyzed since 2007 and have been put out to tender again, like the granting of maintenance facilities.
The complex is located on a plot of 15,000 square meters, bounded by the streets Sculptor José Planes, Painter Saura Mira, Ramón García Martínez and Los Alcazares.
The ground floor of the building, in an "L", houses the common areas and services, including access, swimming pool, changing rooms, toilets, gymnasium, administrative area and coffee bar, and access to the stands of the pavilion toilets and an area for general use.
The total floor area is 3712.00 m2
In the lower level or basement floor, the track is covered pavilion, changing rooms, sauna and whirlpool, toilet, attachments and gallery installations, as well as an access corridor to the back wall, where in the future will be located outdoor sports facilities.

The plenary also approved an agreement to join the Health Service of Murcia and the towns of Alguazas, Lorquí and the Tower of Cotillas to share with those locations a mobile ICU unit, and benefit from it a permanent service 24 hours daily, including holidays, in the region
The approval of several construction projects for the renewal of green areas and asphalt in the Plan of Works and Services (POS), 2009, for a total of 162,000 euros, and funded by the regional administration was one of the points in plenary.
