The towns of Ceuta and Campos del Río trails already have one-stop shops, located in the headquarters of their respective councils, which will serve the more than eleven thousand people who joined the two populations.

Through these new windows, the citizens of Ceuta y Campos del Río can obtain information and make different arrangements with the regional administration without having to travel outside their village.

The new office in Ceuta, open to the public from October 3, serving more than nine thousand inhabitants of the town.

It is located in the Town Hall (Plaza José Virgili, 1) and has a schedule to the public from Monday to Friday from 9 to 13 hours.

The single Campos del Río, which will serve more than two thousand inhabitants of the town, was opened to the public this morning and has office hours Monday to Friday between nine o'clock and the two pm.

Also located in the town hall (Calle Virgen del Carmen, 3).

The Minister of Presidency and Public Administration, María Pedro Reverte, today inaugurated the headquarters of the new windows, accompanied by the mayor in Ceuta, Pascual Lorente, and in Campos del Rio by the local mayor, Miguel Navarro.

The autonomous region contributes to both points of single communications infrastructure, tools necessary, the collection and delivery service of documents and also responsible for staff training, while providing the local councils, furniture and officials have perform the functions in the office.

Windows network across the region

With these two new offices, the autonomous region now has 49 points of single scattered throughout the region, "which allow citizens to make arrangements from their own town without moving and, therefore, comfortably," said Reves, who recalled that "this kind of actions the administration closer to all and enable us to maximize the opportunities offered by new technologies."

Among other services, single points allow for the registration and processing of applications, obtaining information on the requirements, target and timing of calls for the regional administration, and certification of documents aimed at public administration bodies.

In addition, single points provide information on the notices of competitions and job of the regional administration and dealt with suggestions and complaints concerning the operation of the various departments of the Autonomous Community.
