The delegate of the Government launches a Social Security office in Ceuta (04/11/2009)

The Government Delegate, Rafael González Tovar, and the provincial director of the Institute's National Social Security Institute (INSS), Francisco Sanchez, today opened an office of this body in Ceuta, located on the premises of social services in their community, which dealt the documentation submitted by the citizens of Ceuta.

Along with the mayor, Manuel Gonzalez, and members of the municipal government team, Gonzalez Tovar also visited the state of the work of Plan E in Ceuta, two projects of a total of eight planned for the town valued at 1.5 million euros.

INSS office will be staffed by municipal, the state agency that provides technical information necessary to facilitate the performance of their duties, and a hotline with the body itself, which will also provide publications and brochures to edit the INSS.

At the same time, the INSS report to the staff of the Office of the status of the files kept on them as required information by stakeholders.

The Institute has promised to simplify administrative procedures.

The agreement includes the organization of informative talks on various topics related to social protection, aimed at both municipal employees as a benefit recipients and the general public.

Moreover, Gonzalez Tovar visited the Diego Martínez Rico public school, where under the Plan E were made improvement works and removal of architectural barriers, worth 234,510 euros, and the urbanization of access to the road Ceutí of Lorquí and garden annex, which includes the execution of a roundabout traffic distribution and a green area annexed, amounting to 355,124 euros.
